OMAP3525-GPIO/Warm Reset issue

Hi,

 

   We are using OMAP3525(CBB PKG) with TPS65950. We are facing a problem of "1" or "2" GPIO's are not toggling even though the corresponding power supplies are available. This problem we are facing in 8 boards out of 60 boards. Also the problematic GPIO lines are different among these 8 boards.

 Also in another 5 boards the Warm Reset from OMAP is  not Released. Please let me know whether anybody observed this behavior before?
