Media Oriented Systems Transport(MOST) functionality testing for DRA752 ES1.0 and VAYU vision TDA2xx Board

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRA752

Hi Team,

I have DRA752 ES1.0 and VAYU vision TDA2xx Boards, for this board I have to perform MOST (Media Oriented Systems Transport) functionality testing. Here my intention to connect this hardwares to MOST ring as DUT(Device under test). Please let me know the pins exposed for MOST functionality on the board.

Any guideline for this is appreciable.

Best Regards,

Rohit

  • Hello Rohit,

I suggest you to see gel files for both boards. You can find the necessary MLB configurations in following files:
    TDA2xx_mlb_config.gel
    DRA7xx_mlb_config.gel
These files are available in CSP (Chip Support Packet) for CCS.

You can read more details about pins/pads configuration in chapter 18 Control Module in device TRM.
    See registers:
    CTRL_CORE_MLB_SIG_IO_CTRL - 0x4A00 26C8
    CTRL_CORE_MLB_DAT_IO_CTRL - 06CC 0x4A00 26CC
    CTRL_CORE_MLB_CLK_BG_CTRL - 0x4A00 26D0

The physical placement of MLB module's pins are described in device Data Manual see in Table 4-3. Multiplexing Characteristics.
You also can see MLB schematic in DRA7xx board - sheet 16.

    Ball Number

    AB1 - mlbp_clk_p
    AA2 - mlbp_dat_n
    AB2 - mlbp_clk_n
