Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC1T45-Q1, SN74AUP1T34-Q1, SN74AHCT1G125-Q1
Hi team,
Do we have auto grade version for SN74LV1T34?
By the way, could we use sn74lvc1t45-q1 to replace it?
Thanks.

We don't currently have an SN74LV1T34 with automotive rating.
There is an SN74AUP1T34-Q1, however that device only works for 3.3V and lower supplies, and it's a dual-supply design.
If you can use SN74LVC1T45-Q1, I would recommend it over the SN74LV1T34. The 1T34 is a single-supply device that works by having a reduced input threshold, while the SN74LVC1T45-Q1 is a dual supply device.
The primary difference is that single supply devices using reduced input thresholds (like the LV1T) will use much more power for voltage translation than the dual-supply counterpart.
The most similar device is the SN74AHCT1G125-Q1, with a narrower supply voltage range, and pin 1 is not NC and must be grounded.
