Missing Timing information from SN74LVC138A-EP datasheet

Customer is using the SN74LVC138A-EP in their design and are preparing for CDR.  There is a timing diagram on sheet 6 (see below) that references setup/hold times.  There seems to be a requirement for setup/hold between the data input and the “timing” input specified below as Tsu/Th.  The datasheet has no table that provides those values.  The datasheet only provides Tpd values.  The customer needs to know the following timing parameters as well as which pins they correspond to (for instance, what constitutes a timing input vs. a data input since the header information suggests that enables and din pins can be used to toggle an output):
