Is there a specification for output leakage current (Ilkg or Ioz) when the open-drain output is logic high?
I could not find it in the datasheet.
I would like to know what the worst-case output leakage current of the part can be at maximum operating temperature.
In the electrical characteristics table you can find this. This is the leakage when the input is either high or low while the device is powered up.

Thank you for your reply. But I want to know the current of the output pin, not the current of the input pin.
Is there a characteristic of the current leaking to the output pin when VI = GND, VO = VCC?

I think that a pull-up resistor is required for the open drain output to function normally, and leak current information is needed to determine the resistor value.
After checking, I confirmed that it is specified by the name IOH in LV-A Open Drain Device.
I would like to consider using SN74LV06A.
