Hey Roi,
There isn't much detail to go off of here but given the image you shared, it looks like you're translating from the B data bus to the A data Bus. If you're planning on keeping the directionality, the pulldown resistor to ground isn't necessary on the DIR pins. You have a pull up on the /OE input to keep the device in isolation and you're translating from 3.3V to 1.8V which is within the recommended values for both the A and B side of the device. So from that point, it looks fine. If you can provide more details I can provide further clarity on any questions you may have.
