Original I found CD4094B to replace HEF4094BT. But package different with HEF4094BT.

CD4094B: SO16

HEF4094BT:SOIC16

So, Does TI have like this package with HEF4094BT? thanks!

Hello,

We don't have exactly the same package, however the NS package has the same pin pitch (1.27 mm) so these two different packages could be used on the same board just by changing the pad lengths slightly (increase length by ~2mm):

Hi Emrys,

My customer thinks SOIC16 is a popular package.

So is it possible that as another P/N for the same package and function?

SOIC16 is a popular package, but it's not available for this device. CD4094B is unique in our portfolio -- we don't have any direct replacements.
