Customer is using Buffer part # SN74LVC2G07DBVR in one of designs. This part output is tolerable to max of 6.5V per datasheet. They are looking for the buffer with below specifications.
- Buffer output or open drain output shall be tolerable to voltage >7V (<10V whichever voltage part is available)
- Rest of the specifications will be same as SN74LVC2G07DBVR
- If required spec part is not available, please suggest Dual transistor with internal biasing resistor with same package and pins of SN74LVC2G07DBVR.
