My customer has below question.

We use a SN74LVC2T45 supplied with Vcca = 5V and Vccb = 3V. Both supply voltages come from LP2985 linear regulators, which start up more or less at the same time. However, due to variations of the Von/off thresholds of the two LP2985, one linear regulator can start slightly before the other. We therefore cannot guarantee, that Vccb is ramped up along or after Vcca.
Could this be a problem for the SN74LVC2T45?
