Our customer received SN74HC00DR with both COO: Malaysia, Mexico and China
The die structure of COO: M'sia and Mexico are different from that of COO: CHINA. We could not ascertain if they are same part# as there are no PCN available on TI.com.

Please advise:
1. if both internal die structures are valid

Hi Shawn,

Yes, there was a die change to the SN74HC00 recently. Customers who were actively buying the part were notified.

Sites like Mouser.com will post the PCN they receive publicly, which I have found to be a helpful resource:
