Hi,

Could you help to check if this part meets AEC-Q standard? (the ordering part number is: CAHCT1G125QDCKRQ1)

The datasheet says it is "Qualified for Automotive Applications", but I can't find any keyword about AEC-Q.

Hi Jay,

If the device doesn't say "AEC Q100 qualified" in the datasheet, then it was not qualified to the AEC Q100 standards. It's likely that it predates them.
