LSF0204: Enable voltages at 0.8V VREF_A

Part Number: LSF0204

Hi Team,

What would be the VIH and VIL for the enable pin when VREF_A is 0.8V? Not sure If I missed something, but the datasheet only seems to show the case where VREF_A is at least 1V.

Please also confirm that the LSF0204 cannot handle VREF_A below 0.8V for translation.

  • Hi Diego,

From what I've seen in our char data and the datasheet, it looks like the device was only designed and tested to operate with VCCA down to 1V.

With VCCA = 1V, VIH = 0.8V, so technically you could get a 0.8V signal to translate, but I wouldn't really recommend it. That's going to be pushing the limits of the device and I wouldn't expect you to get very good signal integrity out of it.

Can you share any details of what your application is?
