We need to know the difference between SN5447AJ and SNJ5447AJ.

2. If you check the datasheet, the only difference between the two products is marking.

Is the marking the difference between the two? Is there any difference in specification other than marking?

The SNJ prefix indicates MIL-PRF-38535 QML Class Q qualification; see ti.com/pdfs/hirel/hirel_product_nomenclature.pdf.
