Is this a direct replacement, or are you just looking to have an XOR gate that operates at 5V?

Thank you for the response. Sorry for all the accidental "Hello" responses I made. Yes, a direct replacement if possible and if not the closest to an alternate part for SN7486N. Thanks!

My top pick would be CD74HCT86, as this would be a much lower power pin-to-pin replacement.

If you want to stick with bipolar parts, the closest option is SN74LS86A.
