I would like to request the ESD data for device certification of Yazaki.

    Hello,

    This device does not currently have any ESD rating or testing on record.

    There is a current plan to update the device and datasheet (along with many other devices in the HC logic family), including adding ESD specifications, expected completion is the second half of next year.
