CDxxx devices were aquired from Harris Semiconductor and do not have IBIS models.

Why aren't you using the SN74ACT08?

We don't have an IBIS model for that specific device.

I would recommend to use the SN74ACT08 IBIS model to get a reasonable estimation of performance from the CD74ACT08. These devices are extremely similar in performance, so there shouldn't be a significant difference for SI testing in normal applications.
