We'd like to design a switch with pnp BJT and buffer as below diagram.
So, from above circuitry when VCC=5V, the VOH needs to be higher than 4.4V, the TI Switch can be turned OFF.
From below table, when the IOH<100uA(VCC=5V), the VOH = VCC-0.1V ? How about the VOH when IOH>100uA?
Is there any relative curve diagram you can share about the VOH and IOH @VCC=5V
