Dear Sir:
The current system uses SN74AXC8T245 as the I2S&SPDIF buffer.
Because SN74AXC8T245 is out of stock recently, can I use SN74AXCH8T245 instead?
Best Regards.

Hey James,
I'm sure you can, they are p2p devices with the only difference being the "H" indicating that it has Bus-hold. Functionally, they are the same.
Dear Sir:
Our application is to use two SN74AVCH8T245, respectively connect to different I2S signal sources, and then connect the outputs of the two SN74AXCH8T245 together. Will there be a problem with this circuit?
(Only one SN74AXCH8T245 output is valid at the same time)
Best Regards.
James
Hey James,
I see no issue with this, but I will mention that this leaves risk for bus contention so be very careful to only have one device enabled at a time.
