By TTL are you just meaning 5 V signals? What are you using to determine TLL compatibility?

I think what Dylan was getting at is that TTL and CMOS 5V are not the same thing:
The 5-V TTL standard is used to interface with older bipolar logic devices (for example, SN74LS00). Note that the threshold is much lower relative to the supply when compared to the threshold for the 5-V CMOS or 3.3-V LVTTL standard.
If you're just using TXU0104-Q1 to interface with a 5V CMOS system, then it will work fine, however if you need something to interface with the TTL standard, then a 3.3V supply would work better.

Customer need to convert 3.3V CMOS input (A side) to 5V TTL output (B side). I think the 5V CMOS(B side) output of TXU0104-Q1 can be compatible to the downstream 5V TTL input. Am I correct? Or, do we have other automotive grade device can support this application?
