SN74LVC1G18: Operating Temperature and Operating free-air temperature

Hi team,

According to SN74LVC1G18DCKR datasheet, my customer has two concern about the temperature.
could you please give me some advice, thanks.

1.) What's the difference between Operating Temperature and Operating free-air temperature.

2.) Which temperature my customer should refer?

3.) Is it ok SN74LVC1G18DCKR to operate in -40 to 120?

Hey Jason,

I verified that all devices in the datasheet are rated from -40C to +125C, with the exception of the YZP package (SN74LVC1G18YZPR), which is still rated for -40C to +85C.

I'm working on getting those values in the package option addendum updated appropriately.
