Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LSF0101
Hi team,
Regarding IBIS model of LSF0102 -
1. Using CST simulator, only pin 8 can be selected - any idea what is the cause?
2. There isn’t any ramp curves for driving the system - is this correct?

The LSF is a passive switch; it does not have any buffered I/Os that could be modelled with IBIS. (Only the EN pin can be seen as a CMOS input, but that is not how it is used normally.)
The A/B/Vref pins are connected directly to the sources/drains of the internal pass transistors, and translation works by using the analog behaviour of those. See [FAQ] How do the LSF translators work?
If you want to simulate the LSF, use the Spice model of the LSF0101.
