SN74AUP1T50: Can I connect a voltage to the NC Pin 1?

Part Number: SN74AUP1T50

I am trying to find a replacement for a 1T34 unidirectional voltage translator that is out of stock (currently using OnSemi NLSV1T34DFT2G). I am trying to buffer a +3.3V signal entering my board before it enters an FPGA. Although I am using a level translator, the current design uses the same +3.3V on both sides of the buffer.

The SN74AUP1T50 looks like a good potential replacement; same logic function, allows +3.3V on both sides, and has the same pinout with the exception of Pin 1. The design injects +3.3V on pin 1, and the 1T50 part uses this as a NC pin

My question: will I affect operation if I connect +3.3V to this pin, or is it internally disconnected? i.e. am I prohibited from connecting a voltage here, or will it just be ignored?
