SN54LVTH162244: V_OH at Vcc=3.3V

Part Number: SN54LVTH162244

Hi,

I'm using 54LVTH162244 to drive at Vcc = 3.3V to drive an input to another device with LVCMOS 3.3V input. While analyzing the circuit for signal interface compatibility , I find the following -

From the Datasheet of LVTH162244, V_oh = 2V at Vcc=3V, Iout = -12 mA.

For the 3.3V destination device, the V_ih is 0.7 * 3.3 = 2.31 V.

This gives me a negative noise margin under worst case operating conditions. (NMH = 2V - 2.31V = -0.31V)

To get a realistic, worst-case noise margin, I'd like to know the V_oh(LVTH162244) at Vcc = 3.3V, I_out = 12 mA, Temp. {-55degC to +125 degC}.

This value is not provided in the datasheet.
