I'm afraid I've never used the simulation tools in Altium, so I'm not sure what limitations they might have.

Based on a cursory look at their "Support for PSpice Models in Altium Designer" website, I would expect this type of model to work.

The one snag you might run into is the fact that this model uses multiple subcircuits, which some simulators don't like.

That device is not in our product line so we won't be able to support that request. I recommend starting another post with that GPN and it will get you in touch with the correct product line that may be able to help find a suitable model.
