Hi team,

I am looking for the AEC-Q100 grade level shifter for below application (3.3V to 5V). We originally selected TXB0106-Q1 but the trace capacitor load is too big for it to support. Could you help to recommend a most cost effective solution and that also has less delivery pressure for customer to use now.

I am thinking to propose TXU0104-Q1 + SN74LVC1T45-Q1. Please let me know if other solution is better to recommend?

For shifting to a lower voltage, you can use any buffer with an overvoltage-tolerant input, e.g., SN74AHCT1G125-Q1, SN74LVC1G125-Q1, or SN74LVC1G17-G1 (these have compatible footprints).

For shifting from 3.3 V to 5 V, you can use any buffer with TTL-compatible inputs, e.g., SN74AHCT125-Q1 or SN74AHCT126-Q1.

Hey Alex,

Clemens made some good suggestions to use, but I think the TXU0104-Q1 + SN74LVC2T45-Q1 may be your best choice for the 6 signals. Supply should be good for those parts as well.

There are only five signals to be level-shifted.

My mistake, I see now that the 6th signal going into the LED driver is also 5 V. Then TXU0104-Q1 + SN74LVC1T45-Q1 would be my recommendation for optimal configuration.
