Dear Team,
Please check the junction temperature of TXS0104ERGYR.
Our customer have thermal issue on this part.
Many Thanks,
Jimmy

Hey Jimmy,
What is the question?
Hi Dylan,
Thanks for your great support!
Could you give us more clear answer.
What we can use it to calculation for thermal simulation.
Tj:105C or 125C or 150C.
Many Thanks,
Jimmy

Hi Jimmy,
To just reiterate what Clemens said, Tj(max) will be the max of the Tstg. For this device it will be 150C
Hi Albert,
Thanks a lot!
To clarify the question, we want know if there is a defined maximum value of Tc or Tj when the IC is working, not the storage condition, except the IC environment temperature cannot over 85 C, It would be nice if we can get the answer, thank you.
Many Thanks,
Jimmy
I suggest that you read the FAQ. It says:
For logic devices, TJ(max) is equal to the maximum storage temperature (Tstg(max)) as listed in the Absolute Maximum Ratings table of the datasheet, unless otherwise specified.
