SN74GTL2003: Level translator C ON capacitance

Part Number: SN74GTL2003
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC1G34

Hi Team

I am using SN74GTL2003 level translator to pass a 50MHz clock through it. Please let me if this is the right part for this application

1) I see in the SN74GTL2003 datasheet it has a C(on) capacitance of 30pF and someplace it is mentioned as 18.6pF, which one to consider? will this part support Oscillator with 15pF

2) SN74GTL2003 is an open drain part, is it ok if I do not add a pull-up on Dn pin for the clock signal? or is it must to have a pull up on each Dn line

3) Datasheet says this Supports 50 MHz Up/Down Translation at <=20pF Cap Load...what does this mean? can I transmit a 50MHZ clock signal through this translator without any signal integrity issues?

or should i consider a level translator with at least 250MHz support (50MHz with 5 harmonics is 50*5=250MHz)
