Regarding ESD (CDM) of P / N: DS90CF384AQMTX / NOPB.
The customer is Panasonic.
In the "Qualification Summary", both HBM and CDM are performed as ESD tests, and the Result column is "See data sheet".
When I check the datasheet (ds90cf384aq-q1.pdf), there is no CDM result in the ESD Rating of Absolute Maximum Ratings on P2.
(1) Do you carry out CDM tests?
(2) If yes, please provide the test results of CDM.
(3) If no, please tell me the reason.
