SN74LVC07A: The positive clamp diode on OUTPUT pin

Part Number: SN74LVC07A

Dear sir,

would you please confirm whether there is the positive clamp diode of OUTPUT pin inside?

From SN74LVC07 datasheet, on page 5,  6.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings,  it says that the Vo is limited to 6.5V,  but the IOK just list out  the sink current (-50mA), no Source 50mA.

The question background:  Delta use this device with +3.3V VCC power supply,  but the output pin is connected with +6.5V via 3k ohm pull-up resistor.   any risk for customer?

Regards,

Jack
