Hello,

I am looking for a 60MHz 1.8V LVCMOS to 5V logic level shifter (4.5V Vih). None of TI's space-qualified logic family seems to be able to do this, as they all operate in 3.3V LVCMOS or with TTL logic levels. I heard that TXU0104-Q1 can be used for this, and indeed it looks like it can take the speed and logic levels, but I am not sure how it will function in Low Earth Orbit (LEO). Is TI planning on qualifying any other components that can do this translation for LEO?

    Hi Anand,

    There is a new 5V translator that we are working on to release for space applications. Presently the roadmap looks like the device samples will become available around March with full release in October.
    There is one existing SN74LVC8T245-EP which this part will be similar to, however it will have a -SEP rating for space applications.
