here we need to know the junction to top thermal resistance. in our datasheet, there is only junction to ambient.

do we have junction to top thermal resistance?

if we do not have, how could we know the device top maximum temperature value?

Why it note datasheet value? i did not find it in datasheet. could you share me a picture? if it is our datasheet?

Hi,

We are working on updating datasheets to include all temperature values, but this is a long process. This data is currently done through values that test/validation provides us when we ask for it.
