Hi team,

1. Is there any input clamp diode to clamp the input voltage higher than VCC?

2. Only -Iik is found in D/S. What is the +Iik of this device?

3. There are 6.5~8V/100ns pulse added on the input signal, is there any risk? Is a series resistor needed? Please provide your comments.

There is no clamp diode. See [FAQ] Can the input voltage (Vi) to my logic device be higher than the supply voltage (Vcc)?

8 V exceeds the absolute maximum rating of 6.5 V. A series resistor would not help. You need to clamp the voltage with a TVS or similar.

Hi team,

Is there any similar device that has internal high side TVS diode? Key function of this device in system is to shaping the input pulse. Pulse is got from a TIA after a Photo Diode. in the case that light is big, then the higher pulse will shown. so I think a nor gate nor gate or buffer or similar device should work.

The smallest device with positive clamping diodes is something like the SN74HCS05-Q1.
