SN74AXC4T245: Increase output drive of SN74AXC4T245

Part Number: SN74AXC4T245
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AUP2G241, SN74LVC125A, SN74LVC3G34, SN74LVC2G34, SN74AXC1T45

Hello,

I am interested in using the SN74AXC4T245 as essentially a single bit uni-directional buffer for level shifting between 0.8V to 3.3V.  I would like to tie all 4x A inputs together (as well as all 4x B outputs together) in order to increase the drive strength.  Likewise, OEs would be tied together and DIRs would be tied together.

Is this feasible?  Any issues with doing this?

I have considered other options like the SN74AUP2G241, but the drive strength appears less than the SN74AXC4T245 - and I do not see other options that support 0.8V to 3.3V.  If I missed a part, let me know.
