Can you suggest any alternate part number for this part number CD14538BPWR with similar functionality which will work in ambient temperature range of -46 deg Celc to 136 deg Celc and Max Junction temperature should be greater than or equal to 160 deg Celc

    Hi Jay,

    Unfortunately we have no alternate devices in our portfolio that operate at this temperature range. Operating this device outside the Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent device damage. Absolute maximum ratings do not imply functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions beyond those listed under Recommended Operating Conditions.
