My customer wondering about TI recommendations for soldering in mass production, PCB design and surface finish for TXU0204DTRR.
Can we provide CAD/CAE symbols/footprints for this part? There is no footprint for TXU0204DTRR in UltraLibrarian.

Ultralibrarian isn't owned/controlled by TI, so I can't directly add / modify the contents of that website.
I would recommend that the customer put in a request for the part to be created:

The device can be used in a standard SMT reflow profile. The Package Option Addendum page of the datasheet provides the peak reflow temperature here:
We also have an application report that goes into details regarding our recommended reflow profile.
