Hi team,

My customer wondering about TI recommendations for soldering in mass production, PCB design and surface finish for TXU0204DTRR.

 

Can we provide CAD/CAE symbols/footprints for this part? There is no footprint for TXU0204DTRR in UltraLibrarian.

    Hi Vsevolod,

    Ultralibrarian isn't owned/controlled by TI, so I can't directly add / modify the contents of that website.

    I would recommend that the customer put in a request for the part to be created:

    In my experience, the UltraLibrarian team has excellent customer service and is very responsive.

    Additionally, the mechanical drawings in the datasheet have a recommended footprint design:

    The device can be used in a standard SMT reflow profile. The Package Option Addendum page of the datasheet provides the peak reflow temperature here:

    We also have an application report that goes into details regarding our recommended reflow profile.
