I had a datasheet question pop up. We are using the SN74AUP1T34-Q1 voltage level translator, and I’m trying to understand the VOH and VOL levels from section 6.3. Specifically where there might be concern is the VOL(max) out of this part.
Our specific setup is 1.8V on VCCA and 1.2V on VCCB. Using a 4.7k pull up resistor on the VCCB output. It seems to me like for our setup I’m looking at VOL(max)=0.3*VCCB, is that correct? To get the VOL(max) to the 0.1V level would it require reducing our the current draw to less than 100uA?
