Hi expert,

For SN74LVC1G07-Q1, what's the output status when Vcc=0V, and input is LOW? Is there any internal pull-down resistance at the output pin? If yes, what's the value? Thanks.

    Hi Arie,

    This device has a partial power down feature, if the supply is at 0V then the input and output will enter a high impedance state. If you want to calculate the worst-case output resistance it can be derived from the VOL specifications: ROL = VOL / IOL
