TXS0108E-Q1: OE high, VCCA or B is off behavior?

Just so I understand correctly, if OE is high and VCCA/B are powered off, it might output a wrong signal? Is there any other behavior that would happen?

There are no other pins that could do anything.

Hi Clemens,

One more question, customer may have certain power modes where one voltage domain is completely off. In that event, I am more worried about sneak current paths than sending incorrect data or logic levels.

 For example, in a low power mode, VCCA may be completely off, VCCB may be fully on, but likely not sending anything across.

Is there a specific IC family that doesn't need to worry about this condition?

To clarify: you can get wrong outputs only when the supply voltage is too low, but high enough that the internals are partially powered; when a supply is off, all I/Os are guaranteed to be high impedance.

The leakage currents are specified in the datasheet; < 2 µA.

The TXS does not need to worry about this. This is also true for most other translators except the LSF.
