Could you share the difference between SN74LVC1G125/SN74AHC1G125/ SN74AUP1G125 ?

More further question is that what's the difference between different technology family?

For example: ALB,AVS,AS ...

    All three devices you mentioned are all single buffers with 3-state outputs . The logic family allows an engineer to identify similar functions based on the same technology very easily. The devices in a logic family will all perform very similarly. 

    It would take me all day to explain the difference between each family, there's been over 50 years of improvements and redesigning to our logic devices. Please see the many unique families explained in this application report: Logic Guide

    To start, the three families you chose (LVC, AHC, AUP) all operate at different supply voltages.

    LVC: (1.65-V to 5.5-V)

    AHC: (2-V to 5.5-V) 

    AUP: (0.8-V to 3.6-V)

    The LVC device will be the fastest, the AUP will be the slowest but will also consume the least power.
