SN74LV1T08: Automotive qual?

Hi team,

I am looking for an AND Gate with level translator from 3.3V to 5V for one of input signal. VCC will be 5V but input signal level will be +5V and +3.3V.

The SN74LV1T08 seems like a good part, but not automotive grade. Do we have any automotive devices that would fit this application?

Along with this, a two input AND Gate with either push-pull or open-drain.

Hi Delaney,

The SN74LV1T08 is the only option we currently have available for a single supply up-translating AND gate.

If open-drain is an option, then a pair of open-drain buffers can be used as an AND gate (directly connect the two outputs together, add a pull-up resistor). The SN74LVC3G07-Q1 would work (one channel would be unused).
