TXB0102: Replacement solution to ET2102

Hello,

I'm looking for P2P replacement of ET2102 from ETEK. Please find the link : http://www.etek.com.cn/en/product.asp?id=327

ET2102 is auto bi-directional I2C level shifter with 10kohm pull-up resistor integrated. I'm not sure if TXB0102 can be a equivalent solution. Could you help find : 

(1) TI P2P solution against ET2102 (QFN package as below)

(2) alternative solution
