TXB0102: Difference between TXB0102 and TXB0302 ?

Hello dear support community,

Everything is in the title, could you please explain me what is the difference between TXB0102 and TXB0302 components please ? I could not find the answer in their respective datasheets.

Is it only the +/- 15kV ESD protect ?

The TXB0102 supports 5 V. The TBX0302's outputs have higher drive strength (which also requires higher drive strength of devices connected to its inputs).

Hi Clemens,

Thank you a lot I have missed this and this is directly linked to the current problem I'm facing. Could you please advice me on a similar TXB0302 translator in terms of drive strength but with a least 6 channels please ? I tried the TXB0108PWRG4 but its drive strength is not powerful enough.

There is no larger TXB030x.

Do you really need an auto-direction translator? Many problems with the TXB can be solved by replacing it with the TXU0104/TXU0204/TXU0304.
