TXU0304: Connect multiple TXU0304 two different SPI

First I apologies for asking so many questions regarding SPI logic Translator since I never deal with SPI logic translator.

I have two different SPI salves and I decided to use two of TXU0304. I have two questions:

1. Since TXU0304 have internal pull down, do I still have to pull up, or down chip select of each SPI slaves

2. Since I have Two chip select I have to use two TX0304 which method is correct way to wire it:

Option #1: As you can see in this option I am using second TXU0304 just for chip select 2. I prefer this way since I have to add single terminating resistor per output.

Option#2: Instead of sharing the low voltage output, we share input.

Is there better way to do this?

The internal pull-downs are to help if the I/O's are intended to be left floating and external pull ups / pull downs will not be necessary.

The two methods would work just fine. However, it seems only 1 I/O would be used for the second TXU device. Hence, you could further use one TXU0304 and one TXU0101 for your application instead, thanks.
