CD4030B: always report ERROR(ORPSIM-15141): Less than 2 connections at node X_U2.XU1.NA1.

when we use the CD4030B do the simulation test it always report the Error, even we use the XOR ,it also have problem .

could you please help to check whether it can run in the Pspice for IT .

or you can support a circuit model which can run directly.

Hi Yonen,

I'm getting the same error on cadence. I'm not getting that error on TINA-TI if you want to go download that. Currently our guy who knows a lot about PSPICE models is out. I'm having trouble locating the source of the error because I am finding very little difference between this one and other XOR gates.

I will look into this more later today if/when my schedule opens up.

Hi Yonen,

I looked at it longer and I can't seem to fix it right now. I will check with our PSPICE guy when he gets back in from vacation. I recommend using Tina TI if you need to simulate this part. For now I'm going to mark this thread as resolved and if we can fix it when he gets back I'll post another response.
