TXU0304: VIL (min) =?

Part Number: TXU0304

Hi Team,

A customer is using this part in their design and as per the datasheet the VIL (Min) they are considering as 0V; But they had tested and measured the value VIL = -0.02449; the margin they are getting for this is -0.02449 (negative value) the value what they got is it not acceptable.

Would you kindly confirm if the measured value is acceptable or not?

The absolute maximum ratings allow this, so the device will not be damaged.

Exceed the recommended operating conditions means that the electrical characteristics are no longer guaranteed, but the difference is so small this it is probably not noticeable.

Hey Marvin,

To add on Clemens' response, TXU0304 has Schmitt-trigger inputs, so the threshold specs are listed as Vt+ and Vt- in the datasheet. Hope this helps.
