Hi,

I am looking for Pspice model of binary counter CD74HC4020. It is not available in TI website. Can you please provide me the Pspice model for the part, if not available let me know any other similar part with same specifications.

    Hi Chaithra,

    Due to the same issues I mentioned in your other post, we don't currently have models for counters. We haven't been able to produce a behavioral model that reliably works for counters yet.

    I would recommend to build a prototype using our EVM, 14-24-LOGIC-EVM.
