Hi  TI Team,

SN74HC7001D's Qualification data is not available on TI.com. 

In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet".

However, the datasheet does not show the results of ESD.

Material name : SN74HC7001D

(HBM:±●●V,CDM:±●●V)

    Hello Sakamoto-san,

    The SN74HC7001DR is rated to 2kV HBM, 1kV CDM.

    I did not find an ESD report for the SN74HC7001D. I would recommend moving any customers from the ...D to the ...DR, as the ...DR is now being produced on our new 300mm process and will have better supply availability and electrical performance.
