Hello, application support team.

I have a question about the VDD minimum voltage specification.

The recommended operating conditions table in the datasheet has the minimum VCC specification (1.5v) as "data retention only" along with the operating VCC range (1.65v to 5.5v).

Can you elaborate a bit on what this spec means?

    With at least 1.65 V, the device works correctly.

    Between 1.5 V and 1.65 V, it might not handle changes at its inputs correctly. But if the supply dips below 1.65 V without any changes at the inputs, then it is guaranteed that the output stays the same.
