Hi,

The recommended input voltage for all control and data I/Os for TXU0304RUTR is 0V to 5.5V. In my signal validation, for the OE signal I am observing V_IL of -25mV. Is this acceptable? Also, the absolute maximum input voltage specification for this OE is -0.5V to 6.5.

How does this happen? Is this ringing, or a DC offset?

This is inside the absolute maximum ratings, so the device will not be damaged.

Going outside the recommended operation conditions means that the electrical characteristics are no longer guaranteed. However, 0.025 V is unlikely to have any noticeable effect.

Hi Clemens,

This is a DC offset. There is no ringing, the signal is clean.

Does this mean that the signal line has a lower impedance than the ground?

Anyway, it's harmless.
